• if you have breathing problems such as too slow or too shallow breathing (respiratory depression) .
• if you have too much carbon dioxide in your blood.
• if you have chronic lung diseases associated with narrowing of the airways (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).
• if you have a certain heart condition known as cor pulmonale

• if you have acute and severe stomach pain or delayed stomach emptying.
